How It Works
Flexibility for Providers and Patients
Patient Initiated
Patients may proactively visit scripthero.com or visit via link received
after eRx to ScriptHero Pharmacy. There they sign up to
explore coverage and pricing options, select a pharmacy of their choosing
and access a discount card to print, email or text.
Patients then must redeem their discount card to receive the brands set
PharmaDirect price on their prescriptions. Engagement is ongoing through refill
reminders, additional brand specific information and adherence messaging.
Provider Initiated
Providers use their existing prescribing workflow to send ePrescriptions
(eRx) to ScriptHero Pharmacy — giving patients the final decision on their
prescription costs. Text messages are automatically sent to patients with next steps.
That’s it – the rest is up to the patient.
