Multiple Ways to Enroll*

Providers have different needs and workflows. CoverMyMeds meets you where you are to enroll patients into support programs so they can access services and therapy as quickly as possible.
Initiate e-Enrollment within CoverMyMeds: Select “new request”, search by medication name and select “enrollment”.
Using key from a pharmacy initiated prior authorization (PA) request: Select “Enter Key” to locate PA request using access key, patient’s last name and date of birth. Upon PA completion you will be prompted to begin enrollment.
Fax in paper enrollment form: Fax completed enrollment form to number indicated on the form itself, where CoverMyMeds support will process.
After a completed enrollment form is submitted, our dedicated support automatically begins benefits verification (BV), benefits investigation (BI), PA and gathers patient authorization if needed.
