Once you join, all prior authorizations affiliated with verified prescriber NPIs on your account will be shared with a user group. New prior authorization requests will be shared with the group. Should you decide to leave a group, prior authorizations that you created while in the user group will still be shared with the group. New prior authorizations will not be shared with the user group.

Examples of Prior Authorization Sharing in user groups:

Example 1: When a prior authorization is initiated by a pharmacy for an NPI-verified user within a user group, the prior authorization will be shared with the entire user group.

Example 2: As a member of multiple user groups, when that user prospectively creates a new prior authorization, that prior authorization is shared with all user group members, including all of my groups.
