Why did I not receive a code for my multi-factor authentication?
If you haven't received an authentication code upon log-in, try closing and
re-opening your browser. The authentication process is time sensitive for
security purposes and may time out in your browser if you have to step away
before completing all the steps. If this happens, you may be required to fill
out your information a second time.
If using phone as your authentication method, be sure you're selecting SMS
or phone call as your desired communication (it will default to SMS if no
phone number extension is on file).
