How can I get my providers engaged?

If providers call with questions about a request they received, we recommend giving the following steps to help them complete pharmacy-initiated requests:

  1. Log in or create an account, then click “Enter Key” on the left side of the Dashboard.
  2. Enter the six-character key, patient’s last name and date of birth indicated on the fax.
  3. Complete the remaining medical details and click “Send to Plan.”
