How does CoverMyMeds find the right request for patients?

CoverMyMeds uses a combination of state, drug and plan information to find the right request for all commercial, Medicare Part D and Medicaid plans. Upon starting a request from your integrated pharmacy system, we will use the patient’s insurance information to automatically generate and pre-populate the correct request to use and send it to the provider for completion.
