How will I be notified of determinations for requests (for pharmacists)?

Once the request has been successfully sent to the plan, all plans will respond to the prescriber directly via fax. Integrated plans, representing 94% of U.S. prescription volume, will also respond electronically (often within moments). An email with the determination will be sent to you after the prescriber archives the request.
