What is the Notes feature?

The notes section of a request gives you the opportunity to communicate a message with the prescriber upon initiating a request.

The notes section can be found in the left panel of an open request, and will show you details about who has accessed the request and when they accessed it. You are also able to set reminders for yourself to check up on a request in case no action has been taken since its creation.
