How do I create my account?

You can set up your account by clicking here. It’s completely free, and will only take a minute. Once you’re set up, you can begin submitting PA requests immediately.

Following sign up, you will be asked to verify your prescribers. We recommend verifying all prescribers you work with to ensure you receive all PA requests electronically. You can complete verification right away, or return to this page at any point in the future.

The account you create can be used for all your PA requests. To log back into your existing account, just click the “Log In” button at the top of the page and enter your credentials.
