When our new campus opens in Franklinton, we want our neighbors to feel at-home — so we designed the space with them in mind.

For Our Community: CoverMyMeds Campus Designed to Support Franklinton

Throughout the design process for CoverMyMeds’ new Franklinton campus, the objective has been two-fold: create an environment in which employees can do their best work, and a space our neighbors can enjoy, too.

The new campus takes into consideration the needs of our staff and our Franklinton community collaborators. When we open the doors in 2021, we’ll welcome our neighbors into a 10,000 square-foot lobby open to the public and designed for collaboration, entertainment and education. This space houses the two largest enclosed rooms in the building — twin training rooms, featuring garage-style doors, that are fully equipped with technology to host community discussions, workshops and job training courses.

“Giving back to our communities is an important part of CoverMyMeds’ culture, and we’re thrilled to share our new Franklinton campus with the neighborhood,” said Kate Bauer, Community Engagement Manager at CoverMyMeds. - Kate Bauer, Community Engagement Manager at CoverMyMeds

“The lobby is just one example of how we’re designing the space with our community in mind,” Bauer said. “We’re planning to host a variety of educational and job training programming, and the community is encouraged to host their own meetings and gatherings. We are excited to see the space come to life and be a beacon of collaboration across the community.”

Beyond function, the space is intended to inspire creativity — the lobby will feature a 56-foot gallery wall with the work of local and regional artists — as well as a little fun. (After all, this is CoverMyMeds.)

As home to employee all-staff meetings, music performances and likely a CoverMyOlympics event or two, the campus lobby will be a space where our staff can emulate the Be Yourself core value in partnership with our neighbors.

In the last year, CoverMyMeds employees, alongside our collaborators and neighbors, have spent more than 1,000 hours volunteering in our communities, supporting the places where we live and work. We can’t wait to welcome these same collaborators and neighbors into our new Franklinton home.
